I was disappointed with the paint job I received from Chavez Auto Collision. After a collision, I took my vehicle in expecting a quality finish, but the result fell far short. The color doesn't match the rest of the car perfectly, and the differences are noticeable in the light. I also found imperfections in the finish, such as small bubbles and poorly polished areas.

Communication wasn't great either. I had to follow up several times to get updates, and the turnaround time was longer than promised.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it's important. I expected more professionalism and attention to detail for the price I paid.

I have a trusty Subaru Impreza that’s been a real trooper over the years. Got into a couple fender benders and several messes with insurance recently. It’s a 2016 so it’s getting old, and the guys at Chavez Auto really have done their absolute best to bring her back to ship shape each time! She runs beautifully for such an old car, and Miguel always gives me a straight answer on what would
Be the best bang for my buck. Everyone here is awesome and I can’t thank them enough for treating this old car right!! She will be kicking for a few more years because of them- and it’s totally worth every penny!!! This shop is the GOAT and you can trust their work. I’ll be bringing any vehicle I can here in the future, and you should too!

Chavez hands down did an amazing job with installing running boards! Not only did his team do great work but communication and customer service is top tier and they are very reasonable with pricing.

He fixed my Jeep Wrangler after we got rear ended, the damage was substantial and the frame had to be fixed, I was advised at other places that it would be totaled.
He fixed the frame perfectly, placed my new back door, and even gave us a free warranty on it!
Amazing service and it was ready in a timely matter!
They also speak Spanish!
Thank you so much Chavez auto collision, super recommended.

5 Stars!! I was in nashville visiting my sister for spring break when suddenly my exhaust/muffler fell off on the highway. Chavez Auto was the nearest mechanic, I know nothing about cars so I called and explained my issue. They offered to get a new piece and replace it same day quickly but at the time I just didn’t have the funds and asked for the cheapest repair (broke college student) so he did a quick 10 min chain up of the exhaust for free!! I greatly appreciate the great customer service and speedy quick service.

Love love love chavez and recommend them constantly!! Everything i’ve had done here (an entire front end replacement and my car dying in the middle of the road) has been fixed flawlessly!! And CHEAP!! When replacing my mirror, I was charged little to no labor since it was an easy fix! The cheapest oil changes! And I know I can always ask them what I actually need, and it will only be done if I ACTUALLY need it! As a young girl on a college budget, who wrecks their car frequently and drives for work, this place has been a true godsend! So thankful for them and everything they’ve done for me! I’m excited to try their detailing services!

Artemio, his daughter, and the rest of the Chavez Collision team brought my car back to virtually showroom-level. My vehicle was damaged by a fallen tree during Winter Storm Fern; it was like it never even happened. The paintwork was stellar, the pricing was fair, and they were responsive every step of the way during the repair! 5/5
